Always be aware of how technically capable you and your walking group are before heading out, and be sure to check the weather conditions beforehand. It is entirely your decision to go out at any time.
• Any collections that you make will be publicly available, and by uploading it you give Sussex Scout Hikes the right to share it. It may be taken down at our discretion. You are still free to share the content you have created as you wish.
• We ask you to keep any language you share on the site respectful , kind and helpful. Anything you share that doesn’t follow these rules may be removed and your account may be blocked.

We take no responsibility for anything that might occur if you choose to walk outside of the capabilities of your group. Information uploaded to Sussex Scout Hikes by site users, including titles and descriptions become part of the Sussex Scout Hikes database and will be publicly shared. They may be removed at admin discretion. Site users retain the rights to content they have uploaded and are free to continute to own and redistribute that content themselves.
